Meagan via urbandictionary.com

You go to www.urbandictionary.com and type in your first name. I found these entries so entertaining, I could not not share for all two of my fans out there. My commentary will be starred*.

1. an alternate way of spelling meghan (can also be spelt as megan)

for those parents who have nothing better to do but think of weird ways to spell their daughter’s name, resulting in frustration later in life for the child

often pronounced: Me-aaaa-gan
Person: How do you spell that?
Meagan: m-e-A-g-a-n
Person: “A?!?!” What the hell is with that??
Meagan: Ask my parents

*Could not agree with this analogy more.

2. The most amazing girl. Perfection.
Meagan is the perfect girl.

*Can’t argue with that logic!

3. a term used in defining hoood, dopefresh and/or gangstuh
get like that girl meagan; shes soo hoood!

*you know it!

4. A person who eats only meat and cheese and abstains from eating any poor defenseless fruits and vegetables. The opposite of a Vegan.
Ryan is on the Atkins diet because he is a MEAgan.

*Who wrote this? Must have been my mother to know me so well!!

5. A variance on Megan. Meagan is pronounced: Men-a-gan. Meagan is derived from the latin Meagas-Menagas which means clumsy and forgetful
Meagan has two moneys

*Again, this is SPOT ON!! ala Gordon Ramsay

6. Another smarter term for the word FISH
Scott: dude i got a new Meagan yesterday

Damian: yes thats totally cool

*hrmmmmm

7.meagan often means gay in being happy
that girl seems to be a meagan

*Of course, another one that is spot on!!

Life.. or something like it

Filed under: Family, Miscellaneous — Meagan @ 3:23 pm

Is your life where you imagined it would be when you were younger?

I had no idea that I would meet someone online playing a geeky Dungeons and Dragons type game.

I had no idea I’d meet someone from another country and even consider living there.

I always thought I’d find someone and live a few blocks away from my parents or even in the next province over, not in a whole other country, 2100 miles away from them.

I always thought I would have girls. I never even wanted boys. Who knew that I’d end up with two boys. It’s so funny to me. Don’t get me wrong, I love my boys more than anything else in the whole world, it’s just not what I imagined growing up.

I always thought I would be a teacher. That is what I had planned. Then when I quit that, I never thought I would have any type of education. I hated school so much. I guess it took quitting, working, and growing up for me to realize that I needed to go back. I never, ever would have guessed in a million years that I’d have a degree in Accounting(well I still don’t believe that one!).

Now, let me finish by saying I have no regrets. I would not change a thing because then I wouldn’t be me and I wouldn’t have all that I have. I was just thinking that there are so many things that you simply cannot plan or control in life!

Now how about you. Are you where you thought you’d be? If not, where did you think you would be?

Wow! I can’t believe I haven’t written anything in a whole year! Maybe it’s time to start. Is anyone even out there anymore? If you are, please leave me a comment.

Well sort of.. neither of the boys are wearing these costumes.. Ethan was Woody last year but dresses up in the costume all the time and Nathan was modeling costumes I bought on clearance that I’m trying to sell this year.
